Co-Founder
Alein is co-founder of Alevon Green and CEO of Alevon Group, its parent company. He oversees business strategy and general operations. Prior to starting Alevon Group and Alevon Green, he spent over 15 years in leadership positions with prominent real estate companies such as Jones Lang La Salle, The Mills Corporation, and Simon Property Group. Alein holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Florida International University and thrives as an entrepreneur.
Jose Roys
Co-Founder
Jose Roys is co-founder of Alevon Green. Prior to joining the Alevon family of companies in 2020, Jose spent 20+ years as successful entrepreneur and operator of Sunshine Landscaping, Inc a full-service landscaping service provider. As a successful entrepreneur, he spent a lifetime serving customers and is recognized for his “can do” attitude and willingness to deliver on his promises. His vast experience, energy, and unparalleled commitment to customers satisfaction drives the organization as he set standards and promotes company values upon which Alevon Group, its parent company, was founded.
