Open Field Positions:
Landscape Crew Member
Crew Leader
Lead a landscape crew during daily maintenance and installation projects. In addition, help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job. Crew leaders organize the team, communicate with supervisors, oversee work on-site, and confirm that every property meets Alevon Green standards.
Driver
Safely transport team members, equipment, tools, and materials to job sites throughout South Florida. When needed, drivers may also help with loading, unloading, and basic field support. Therefore, this position requires responsibility, punctuality, and safe driving habits.
Landscape Installation Worker
Help bring new landscape projects to life through planting, sod installation, mulching, soil preparation, and landscape-bed installation. For example, you may help prepare a property, install new plant material, and complete the final cleanup. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and transforming properties from start to finish.
Irrigation Technician
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. In particular, this role involves checking sprinkler heads, valves, timers, leaks, water coverage, and overall system performance. As a result, your work will help keep landscapes healthy and properly watered.
Tree or Palm Crew Member
Assist with tree and palm trimming, cleanup, debris removal, and general tree-care support under proper supervision. Because safety is essential, this role requires attention, teamwork, and the ability to follow established work procedures in South Florida’s outdoor conditions.
